Delete Your LetzGo Account

LetzGo users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete from the app

Open LetzGo and use the account deletion option available from your account/profile settings. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request using: support@letzgo.tech.

Include enough information for us to identify and verify the account, such as the phone number associated with the LetzGo account. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

What is deleted

After verification, LetzGo will delete or irreversibly de-identify account-associated personal data, subject to data that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Retention exceptions

Information that must be retained for a legitimate purpose will be isolated from ordinary use and retained only for the necessary period.
