Account deletion request

How to request deletion

• Send an email to privacy@letzgo.tech .
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Include your full name and the phone number or email address associated with your LetzGo account.
• We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
• Once the request has been verified, it will be processed in accordance with applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.

Data associated with your account

As part of a verified account deletion request, personal data associated with the account that is not required to be retained will be deleted or de-identified as applicable.

This may include account profile information and other personal data associated with your use of LetzGo.

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial or regulatory recordkeeping, and enforcement of legal rights.

Any information retained for these purposes will remain subject to appropriate access and use restrictions and will not be retained longer than required for the applicable purpose.
