Which cities will LetzGo serve?
Initial service areas are Istanbul and Kocaeli in Türkiye, Tirana and Durrës in Albania, and Pristina in Kosovo. Coverage and vehicle availability are checked in the app.
Where can I download LetzGo?
Our iOS and Android store submissions are under review. Public download links will be added here after approval.
How are fares determined?
The app displays fare information based on your location, distance and vehicle type. Taxi journeys use the taximeter.
How do I become a driver?
Select the driver role in the app and submit your profile and vehicle documents. Once your application and vehicle are approved, you can go online if your account is eligible.
Do coupons apply to every ride?
Coupons and free rides depend on the promotion assigned to your account. Taxis are excluded from free-ride and volunteer-ride campaigns.
How can I get support or delete my account?
Use support and account settings in the app, or email support@letzgo.tech. Our account deletion page explains the steps.
